ANALISIS VALIDITAS DAN RELIABILITAS ATRIBUT KEPUASAN KONSUMEN RITEL MODEREN DI KOTA PONTIANAK

Abstract

This research done to know level of validity and satisfaction attribute reliability of modern retail consumer in Kota Pontianak. Analysis applied covers validity test and reliability test by entangling respondent 100 mans who taken at random. This research concludes that from 6 factor tested there is 5 valid expressed factor. Reliability test concludes that 5 certifiable factor statistically.
