Abstract:
The ideal company is an organization that is able to achieve the goal of optimally as objectives to be achieved. The Company understands that the employee is an integral part of its success. In running its business the company has several employees to support the activities of the organization, management success in retaining the best employees owned not achieved the easy way. It can only be occurred thanks to the expertise of management in understanding and creating a conducive working environment. The research objective is to investigate and analyze the influence of work discipline, work ethic and organizational climate on the performance of employees, either partially or simultaneously. The study used survey methods in an attempt to gather more field data assisted with research instruments adapted to the characteristics of descriptive qualitative research, in this case the researchers provide questionnaires/interview guides are adjusted to the dimensions of the study variables. Based on the research results, simultaneously accepting the hypothesis of the influence of variable work discipline, work ethic and organizational climate on employee performance. Dominance partially on the performance of successively more influenced by variables discipline, work ethic and organizational climate.
