Abstract:
Peat swamp forest has several strategic functions, such as hydrological functions, as a carbon source, controlling the circulation of CO2 and have a big impact on the balance of carbon in Earth's atmosphere. Although the natural function is very important peat swamp forests, peat land conversion continues to progress, so that damage to peat swamp forests is increasing. For the recovery of degraded peatlands in the form of utilization technology package needed biofertilizer that arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. The purpose of the study to determine the dose of phosphate fertilizer to enhance growth perepat with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi inoculated. Seedbed experiment using factorial completely randomized design with three replications. Observations were made on seedling age perepat 14 weeks after weaning, including: height, diameter, leaf number, and for shoot dry weight, P uptake of plants after harvest. Experimental tests on perepat and phosphat fertilizer inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi to prove that the dose of SP 36 100 ppm was the best increase perepat growth in the nursery.
