dc.description.abstract organizations are in need of Human Resources (HR) in its activities, if the resource is not working properly or not in accordance with the expectation there will be a failure. Further objectives of the organization will be constrained. A good HR management can cope with the problems of internal organization, such as inefficient management, lack of funding, technology and quality human resources have been inadequate. Human resources is probably the main weakness of all the weaknesses that exist, this was due to the low level of education and lack of professionalism, so that companies cannot compete with other similar companies. en_GB
