dc.description.abstract This research study conducts to analyze the influence of compensations (i.e., financial and non financial compensations) and job characteristics (i.e., skill variety, job identity, job significance, autonomy, and job feedback) on staff satisfaction. According to the results of regression analysis, finds that : (1) simultaneously, financial compensation, non financial compensation, skill variety, job identity, job significance, autonomy, and job feedback have significant effects on staff job satisfaction; (2) partialy, financial compensation, non financial compensation, skill variety, job identity, job significance, autonomy, and job feedback have significant effects on staff job satisfaction; (3) simultaneously, variables of compensations (financial compensation and non financial compensation) have significant effects on staff job satisfaction; (4) partialy, variables of compensations (financial compensation and non financial compensation) have significant effects on staff job satisfaction; (5) simultaneously, variables of job characteristics (skill variety, job identity, job significance, autonomy, and job feedback) have significant effects on staff job satisfaction; (6) partialy, variables of compensations (financial compensation and non financial compensation) have significant effects on staff job satisfaction. According to the results of this study, variables of job characteristics have bigger effects on staff job satisfaction than variables of compensations, and partialy, autonomy was variable which have dominant effects on staff job satisfaction. en_GB
