Analisis Pengaruh Koleksi Bahan Pustaka dan Penataan Tata Ruang Terhadap Minat Baca Pengguna Perpustakaan

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to determine the effect of Library Material Collection and Layout on Library Users' Reading Interest. The variables studied were Library Material Collection, Library Layout, and Reading Interest of Library Users. A good library must have a sufficient material collection that are adequate and have value and benefits for the users. In addition, the library layout needs to be done as well as possible, so that the users feel comfortable and safe, so that the users'reading interest can increase. The analytical method used to test the hypotheses in this study was multiple linear regression analysis techniques and is calculated through the SEM (AMOS) program. This research was conducted with descriptive and quantitative discussion. The quantitative results of the three variables studied which are: library material collection and library layout influences users' reading interest significanty both partially and simultaneously .
