PERAN PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DI DESA RASAU JAYA UMUM

Abstract

The development of Rasau Jaya Umum village could be influenced by many things such as the position of the village at which geographically are next to center of development of Kubu Raya regency. Therefore, it makes sense if there are so many supports from regency government for the village. But, the natural factor and the support are not the only thing making the development of the village relatively grow faster than other villages. There is also another factor, such as self-support for being independent in the local development. The self-support is the main thing making local people to participate for the local development. The research provides explanation about people contribution for the development and the support of local government the needs of local people by encouraging the participation of the local people for the local development. Using qualitative analysis, the research explains that role of village chief is significant by encouraging local people to participate in any local development.
