Partnership Program is conducted by PT. Raharja services (Persero) Branch West Kalimantan include loans to finance the work program and the purchase of capital goods (fixed assets production) such as machinery and production equipment, tools and other production aids that can help improve production and marketing of SME products. Problem now is how the impact of a partnership program implemented PT. Raharja services (Persero) Branch West Kalimantan could increase the marketing of SME products into surrogate partner? "If the impact of the partnership program is low, poorly implemented and will hinder the process of marketing the products of SMEs who become surrogate. In accordance with the above problems, the purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Product Marketing Partnership Program Against the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in PT. Raharja services (Persero) Branch West Kalimantan ". Within this paper the author uses descriptive method because the study was conducted to describe the condition as it is based on data obtained during the study in the city of Pontianak by taking a sample of the population quesioner well as data collection tools, as well as by taking the object of research on all Small Business owners medium enterprises (SMEs) as partners built on the Partnership and Environment Development Program (PKBL) PT. Raharja Services Branch of West Kalimantan. The results with qualitative descriptive approach states that the Impact Partnership Program PT. Raharja services (Persero) Branch of West Kalimantan on the amount of turnover PT Following the Partnership Program. Raharja services (Persero) Branch West Kalimantan contained 56.67% Owner of SMEs that have a turnover amounts to Rp. 1,000,001 - Rp. 5.000.000, -. This indicates an increase in the number of SMEs with a turnover of the same than before the partnership program that only 46.67% sebayak. And Impact Partnership Program PT. Raharja services (Persero) Branch of West Kalimantan on the network marketing of SME products. A total of 64.70% of SME owners who have followed the Partnership Program said the network marketing product they have is good enough so that it can be said PT partnership program. Raharja Services (Limited) have an impact on improving the marketing network of SME products.

organizations are in need of Human Resources (HR) in its activities, if the resource is not working properly or not in accordance with the expectation there will be a failure. Further objectives of the organization will be constrained. A good HR management can cope with the problems of internal organization, such as inefficient management, lack of funding, technology and quality human resources have been inadequate. Human resources is probably the main weakness of all the weaknesses that exist, this was due to the low level of education and lack of professionalism, so that companies cannot compete with other similar companies.

Research purpose to know the local financial development and financial independence Bengkayang district. The study uses descriptive and verification method on data that are time series. The results illustrate that APBD Bengkayang fluctuated development and growth tends to decline. Revenue (PAD) trend rise in real terms, but not followed by a decline in growth development. Total Local Revenue (TPD) fluctuation and declining trend. Degree of Fiscal Autonomy (DOF) average 3,19% which is relatively low due to the role of PAD is very small and not proportionate to the TPD continues to increase. Rate Ratio of General Allocation Fund (RDAU) average 69,94% which is still quite high, so that the dependence of funds with the central government is still very high. Meanwhile, the IKR an average of 147,82%, which is very good, the financial means to afford the expenditure. Local financial dependency ratio decreased growth, whereas governant area still has considerable potential to reduce the number of dependence.

Research on the economic conditions of post conversion into fishponds and mangrove forests in the District Pangkajene Islands (Pangkep) South Sulawesi Province was held in the District Mandalle, Segeri and Labakkang from August to September 2011.
This study aims to assess the economic conditions after the conversion of mangroves into fishponds in the District Mandalle, Segeri, and Labakkang Pangkep District of South Sulawesi province. This study uses survey and interview. The results showed that in the District Labakkang, Segeri and Labakkang have a total value of economic benefits of mangrove Rp.14.844.084 / ha / year or about 1.6 times greater when compared to the economic value of the ponds which Rp.9.401.170 / ha / yr. Land cultivated ponds can provide financial benefits per hectare of Rp. 42.122.500 with a Payback Period of 0.75 years. Month community income is above Rp. 1.000.000 by 43 people (45.26%) or equal to the minimum wage South Sulawesi of Rp. 1.000.000 / month.
